Microsoft 365 + Office 2019

The 2019 version of the certification system is slightly different from its prior versions and is divided as follows:
Students can choose to complete the Associate and Expert level exams individually and receive a certificate only for the specific area they tested for. Please bear in mind that not all Associate level exams have a corresponding Expert level exam.

Associate:

MO-100 Microsoft Word (Word and Word 2019)

MO-200 Microsoft Excel (Excel and Excel 2019)

MO-300 Microsoft PowerPoint (PowerPoint and PowerPoint 2019)

MO-400 Microsoft Outlook (Outlook and Outlook 2019)

Expert:

MO-101 Microsoft Word Expert (Word and Word 2019)

MO -201 Microsoft Excel Expert (Excel and Excel 2019)

MO-500 Microsoft Access Expert (Access and Access 2019)

NOTE:
Whenever a student completes any 3 Associate level examinations (i.e. receives three certificates), they will receive an additional special certificate (Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate).
If they obtain this certificate (Microsoft Office Specialist: Associate) and manage to complete any other two Expert level exams, they will receive the special Microsoft Office Specialist: Expert (Microsoft 365 and Office 2019) certificate guaranteeing general knowledge in the area.
