Premises

Most of our courses take place in our classrooms in Prague, Brno, and Bratislava. Some specialized trainings are held in our partners‘ training centres.

Courses can also be held at the client’s premises, either in their own facility or an executive travelling classroom which GOPAS has at its disposal.

Course types

GOPAS IT Training Centre offers these types of courses:

• Standard open classes with fixed curricula
• Made-to-order courses customized to client’s needs and requirements

Most courses are in-person events. Some of our classrooms are equipped with GTT technology (GOPAS Telepresence Training) for trainings where multiple locations need to interconnect. Upon request some courses can be given online and in some special instances we can also provide online connection for an individual participant in an otherwise in-person course (i.e. hybrid attendance). 

Prices

Unless stated otherwise, the price of a course includes study material, a certificate of completion, lunch vouchers and hot and cold beverages throughout the day. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

Schedule

Prior to any training, participants receive an invitation with specific instructions relating to the place and time. There are short refreshment breaks and an hour lunch break during the training.

Discounts

GOPAS IT Training Centre clients can take advantage of the following types of discounts subtracted from the prices of our standard open classes as stated in the catalogue:

 * Summer discount – applies only to courses taken and completed between 1 July and 31 August. 

The summer discount cannot be combined with other discounts and does not apply to the following courses

• Courses held in our partners‘ facilities and those marked No discount

The aforementioned discounts cannot be combined and only apply to courses held on the premises of GOPAS IT Training Centre.

Courses held at our partners‘ facilities can be maximum 7% off. Trainings with this icon – icon – cannot be purchased at a discounted rate.

GOPAS business partner discount is always calculated based on the previous year’s turnover and confirmed as agreed upon by both parties in the partner programme for the given year.

Study material

In the interest of course quality, each participant receives either printed or electronic learning material so they don’t need to take extensive notes and rather can focus on practising what they learn.

Cancellation

Each cancellation of course participation needs to be communicated in writing – by letter or e-mail. Cancellations announced more than five days in advance are not subject to any fees and the price of the course will be refunded in full.

Cancellations announced five or fewer days in advance are subject to cancellation fees as specified by the Terms and Conditions.
Last-minute participant replacements are acceptable. Any financial relations between the original participant and their replacement are to be settled by the original participant exclusively.
GOPAS and the client may negotiate different cancellation terms.
Different terms may also apply for courses held on our partners‘ premises according to their own rules.

Course dates

GOPAS IT training centre reserves the right to postpone the date of a course for reasons out of our control (Force Majeure, power outage, sudden illness of lecturer, etc.). In addition, we reserve the right not to proceed with a scheduled course unless more than 3 participants register for the course, with binding effect, 3 business days before the commencement of the course. In this case, the already registered participants will be offered a new date. This shall not apply to courses designated as Guaranteed Date.
