Guarantees 

GOPAS IT Training Centre guarantees its clients maximum return on their financial investment into IT education as well as maximum effectiveness in acquiring new skills and knowledge through the means of GOPAS GUARANTEES.

Course Date Guarantee

GOPAS IT Training was the first training centre in the Czech Republic to offer the unique concept of course date guarantee. We guarantee our clients that all courses marked on our website as guaranteed will take place on the scheduled dates. This means that a course which applicants register for will never be cancelled due to an insufficient number of participants. To the contrary! It will take place even if there is no more than one participant. On our website, guaranteed course dates are marked with a special guarantee icon next to them.

Guarantee of Knowledge Terms and Conditions

Our training centre reserves the right to change course dates for reasons it has no power over (e.g. Force Majeure, power outage, sudden illness of lecturer). In such case, a new date or alternative compensation for the training shall be agreed upon with the client.

Guarantee of Knowledge

GOPAS IT Training Centre offers all graduates of standard open courses organised by the GOPAS IT Training Centre within its internal premises in Prague and Brno the opportunity to repeat a completed course free of charge. This way you can refresh the subject matter or hear it once more from another lecturer. 

Guarantee of Knowledge Terms and Conditions

If you would like to revise or refresh the contents of a course, all you need to do is express your interest in out Guarantee of Knowledge within 1 month of the date your course took place to our customer service (ideally by e-mail to info@gopas.cz ) and include the date when you would like to retake the course.

If the course on the date you had selected is filled up by first-time participants, we will contact you and offer another date. Guarantee participants are not entitled to free lunches nor study material (they keep the material received during the previous course).  

The participant is entitled to retake a course for 1 year after the completion of the original course. This period can be extended upon agreement with our customer service. The entitlement expires if the course is no longer offered or if no new dates are scheduled.  

Guarantee of Know-how

Have you invested substantialamounts of financial means into training an employee – IT specialist –after which they terminated their employment with your company? This is why we offer you the Guarantee of Know-how – an opportunity to train a new hire free of charge and to the same extent and the same courses as the original employee.

Guarantee of Know-how Terms and Conditions

If a GOPAS-trained IT specialist suddenly terminates their employment relationship with you, all you need to do is forward us their resignation notice along with the certificates for any courses they had completed with us within 12 months prior to their resignation and we will offer you alternative dates for these courses.
The Guarantee of Know-how can be applied to all standard open courses for IT specialists organised by the GOPAS IT Training Centre within its internal premises. Guarantee participants are not entitled to free lunches. Study material received by the original participant needs to be reused or a new set purchased – we will inform you about this during the registration process.
If the course is filled up by first-time non-guarantee participants, we will contact your employee and offer them another date.
The entitlement for the free course expires if the course is no longer offered or if no new dates are scheduled.
This guarantee cannot be combined with the Guarantee of Knowledge.
