How do I apply for a certification exam?

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an official invitation with all the necessary information.

What is the best way to prepare for an exam?

Ideally, you should make use of all available means and materials. Try our courses, e-learning programmes or self-tests.

How do the tests work?

You will report to the reception desk, we will explain to you what the procedure and the conditions of the certification are, then you will place your personal items in a secure locker and we will take you to your seat in the exam room. Now you are ready to start the test.

The exams are usually held in a specialized exam room with PCs and the test takers are monitored by cameras.

The rules and procedures of certification exams vary depending on the platform and provider. You will be informed about all the applicable conditions on the day of the test by the test administrator.

In case of rule violation, the test is immediately terminated with no right for compensation in accordance with the rules and sanctions specified by the provider.

How do I receive my test results?

The results of most exams (such as Microsoft or Cisco) are available immediately after the test but some are delivered with a delay (Oracle, ICAEW, GMAT). You will be informed about the method of receiving your results by the test administrator on the day of the examination. Afterwards, the provider will issue your certificate. The test centre itself has no access to neither the results nor the certificates.

What do I do if I need to postpone or cancel the exam?

Each provider has their own policies regarding date changes or cancellations. You will find your options in the official invitation which you receive once your application has been processed.
