EC-Council certification

EC-Council is a globally recognized organisation providing specialized IT courses with examinations allowing participants to acquire internationally accepted certificates. EC-Council courses cover a wide range of vulnerable areas of the IT industry from social engineering, cryptography, web hacking to creating exploits and malware as well as implementation of security measures in business environments such as PKI, Active Directory or firewalls.

What to Take with You

You will find your certification of attendance and voucher code after signing in to https://www.eccexam.com/. All instructions on how to register for the test and acquire necessary material can be found here. You can also download an extensive guide here.

The Examination

In order to allow you to sit the exam we will require the above-mentioned certification and you need to have an account on the EC-Council website. Please create this account beforehand and make sure there are no issues when signing in. If you create the account on the day of the exam, it may not be accessible.

Please remember or write down your log-in details as the examination takes place via your account.

Voucher – Your code for registering for the examination

On the day of the examination we recommend you arrive about 15 to 30 minutes in advance. Before the test, the plan and course of the exam will be explained to each participant individually. Afterwards, participants receive all admissible material, hand in their personal belongings, take a picture and receive instructions for other tasks related to the examination in order to avoid any disruptions to the process. Before the test, participants can ask questions to eliminate any doubts they may have.

When Will the Results Be Ready?

The results will be ready immediately after the certification test in your EC-Council account.

Registration and payment for the examination is solely between the participant and the given provider. The examination centre serves only as a provider of premises for the examination to take place and invigilator to make sure the provider’s rules are observed. The centre is not authorised to carry out registration, date changes or cancellations of examinations.
