The Beginnings
How did it start, you ask? The entire story began as early as in 1992 when we taught our first course (SCO Unix) under the GOPAS name. It took place in the Czech Technical University building on Charles Square in Prague and we received the “SCO Authorised Education Centre” authorisation. Soon after, in 1993, we moved to our current address at Palác Kodaňská (nowadays known as the 4D Center) in Vršovice. The software company SCO also presented us with the Gold Award of the Year 1993 for being the second best authorised training centre in Europe, Asia and Africa. A few years later, in 2002, we organised the largest conference TechEd, for the first time.
Over the years we have obtained important authorisations and many titles and organised interesting conferences of all of which we are very proud.
We are also proud to say that we offer our course participants full comfort, and that is the most important thing for us. Free E-learning
E-learning is a practical and convenient way to learn and acquire information. If you prefer the convenience of self-paced learning in your own home, GOPAS E-learning is the right choice for you.
Our library offers up to 2,500 hours of tutorials! All of them focus on Microsoft Office programs as well as Microsoft Windows operating systems.
We have prepared free E-learning courses for you. Are you planning to take an Excel, Word, Outlook or PowerPoint course with us?
Once you have completed the course, simply fill out the evaluation questionnaire and you will be given access to the e-learning course at the same level as the course you took. You will receive a link via email that will be active for 30 days, during which time you will create an account and activate the course of your choice. It will be available to you for a whole 90 days. And if you’re looking for a course in English or Slovak, no problem, we have those ready too! *
