When can you schedule a course, certification, or visit us at the office?

The final training sessions and courses of this year will take place during the week of December 16–20, 2024.
Courses for 2025 will begin on January 6, 2025. We look forward to seeing you in the new year!

Testing via the Pearson VUE, PSI, Kryterion, and EC-Council platforms will be available until December 20, 2024. In 2025, we will welcome you back starting January 6.
Please note that due to high demand, testing capacity tends to be limited at the end of the year. We kindly recommend not leaving your registration until the last minute.

Please be aware that some of our services may be limited at the turn of the year due to a system migration.
On December 23 and 27, both of our branches will be closed; however, we will be happy to address your email requests and inquiries.
Client services will be available at our Prague and Brno branches from December 30, 2024, to January 3, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

For urgent matters and requests to update billing information or tax documents for the year 2024, please send them no later than December 20.
