Retaking a Course under the Guarantee of Knowledge

If your health or an unforeseen event prevent you from attending a training in our IT Training Centre, you can automatically get another date free of charge under our Guarantee of Knowledge programme within 12 months of the date of the original training!

If for whatever reason you cannot attend a course you had registered for, all you need to do is contact us by phone or email to let us know and we will be happy to offer you an alternative date. You have 12 months to invoke the guarantee and must complete the replacement course within this period.
