ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching

Agile Coaches or aspiring coaches with a passion for servant leadership and a desire to learn and practice facilitation, professional coaching, mentoring, and teaching in service of Agile teams. Other relevant roles include ScrumMasters, Iteration Managers and Agile Project Managers.

• Although it is not a formal prerequisite, we have found that this certification is best pursued after an agile foundation course such as Scrum Foundations, Agile Fundamentals or CSM/PSM.
• How should I prepare for this course? Pre-work is provided focused on self-reflection using the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel*. There is also a pre-call to support you in completing the prework and setting you up for success during the training.
• Will I need any equipment for the course? As this is an online course, you will need a computer with a camera and a headset. You will also need to install the zoom client. We highly recommend you use a personal laptop to comply with any company security policies and ensure you can access everything you need to during the course.

• Each class has ICF certified trainers, ORSC Trained,  and Training from the BACK of the Room! Trainer along with their specialisms, no other provider comes close to this level of expertise.
• In addition, all of our Trainers are Scrum Alliance Certified Agile Coaches, which means they have been assessed by their peers as experts in agile coaching and can also provide mentoring for aspiring CTCs and CECs. We are the only Scrum Alliance Coaches running this course in the UK and one of a handful worldwide.
• We co-train whenever possible, we believe when learning a new skill, you need as much support as possible and diversity of experience and opinion is essential.

ICP-ACC - Coaching

Coaching - Learn the basics of Professional Coaching from ICF Certified Coaches. Competencies you will start to build: Active Listening, Powerful Questions, Emotional Intelligence, Presence and Clean Feedback.

ICP-ACC - Facilitate Learning

4 hours 30 minutes

Using Training from the BACK of the Room! Techniques we will explore adult learning techniques culminating in creating a new learning experience you will use. During this module, you will also learn the core skills of a good mentor and how it is different from coaching and consulting.

ICP-ACC - Serving the Team

4 hours 30 minutes

Using several Agile Coaching tools adapted from various team coaching practices from experts in the field. We will explore topics such as the drivers for high performance, how to launch a team, navigate change, and, most importantly, manage an engagement.

ICP-ACC - Integration

4 hours 30 minutes

The last module brings the learnings from the different competencies together and teaches you how to move between stances and what tools to use at which point of your agile coaching journey.
