Practice shows that the correct modeling of use cases is still largely unknown. At the same time, when used appropriately, it is a very effective tool for conveying functional requirements to the implementation team. They can be used not only in traditional, i.e. waterfall development, but also have their place in an agile approach. Valuation also occurs during process modeling. During this training we will focus on the basics of process modeling in BPMN, the transition from BPMN to use cases and use cases as such. Participants will be able to try everything on a number of examples.

All who have:

Basic experience in IT, the area of ??analysis (not necessarily the business one)
Recommended personal computer with Sparx EA (can be a trial version), or a similar modeling tool (otherwise, pencil and paper are enough)
