CSP-PO - Certified Scrum Professional: Product Owner course focuses on improving the competencies of the Product Owner so that he can effectively solve the product strategy, business model, plan releases, and communicate with stakeholders.

»

This course is specifically designed for Advanced Certified Product Owners (A-CSPO) who have at least two years of experience in the Product Owner role. Come prepared to share your knowledge and experience and learn from the experiences of your peers and the facilitator.

It's designed for Product Owners who are looking to expand their product ownership skills beyond one team and backlog.

Join the training led by the author of the popular books The Great ScrumMaster: #ScrumMasterWay, The Agile Leader: Leveraging the Power of Influence, and Agilní metody řízení projektů (in Czech) and get hands-on experiences on how to enhance your career as the great Product Owner.

“Great Product Owners know how to effectively communicate with customers, prioritize the Backlog and define the  strategy, business plan, and product goals.”

It's not any boring PowerPoint class, it's an interactive training based on practicing tools for Backlog Refinement, roadmaps, and creating business models. It is full of simulations, conversations, and sharing of real experiences.

You will meet experienced people who are on the great ScrumMaster journey, you find friends who will support you even after the class, as the class is just the beginning and the participants will organize coaching circles to support each other and enhance their learning.

The class is part of the Great ScrumMaster Academy Program. The class is trained by Scrum Alliance certified trainer CST and I'm sure you will enjoy it.

Being a great Product Owner is a journey. As part of the course, we build on your agile mindset and experience with Scrum, which we will develop and deepen so that you can successfully manage products, build a backlog, and prioritize requirements. CSP-PO candidates are expected to challenge their teams to improve the way Scrum and Agile are implemented. They have experience, knowledge, and a proven understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Product Ownership.
