BABOK stands for Business Analysis Book of Knowledge and is a set of recommended and proven practices for business analysts. It is managed by the non-profit organization IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis), which, among other things, sponsors the BABOK knowledge certification.

The IIBA certification program provides three basic certification exams: ECBA, CCBA and CBAP. Each level requires experience in the field in addition to passing the test.

Fortunately, it is not a big deal for the ECBA level: in the last 4 years, you have to spend at least 21 hours studying the issue (training, webinars, BABOK self-study, etc.).

In three days, our training will guide you through all the necessary parts of the BABOK that you must know. A lot of time will be devoted to the type of questions you may get in the test. The questions will be discussed, answered and explained together, and the participants will try at least one separate 60-minute test themselves. All questions will be in English, i.e. the same as in the real test.

Note: from March 2021 there are new prerequisites for the ECBA level. This training fully reflects the changes.
