Delivering change agile doesn't mean we don't make demands. And it also doesn't mean we can't use agile techniques to collect and manage requirements. It goes well together, and the two parts complement each other well. If you are not sure what it looks like, or if you do both regularly and want to confirm your knowledge with a certificate, this training is perfect for you. As part of the training, agile techniques and their use when working with requirements will be demonstrated. Content-wise, it copies the areas required to pass the RE@Agile Primer international certification exam (the exam is defined by IREB – the International Requirements Management Committee). As part of ordering the training, you have the option of providing the exam (we recommend doing it the day after the training).
