The course is intended for individuals interested in obtaining the OMG Certified Expert in BPM™ 2, now called BPM 2 - Fundamental. The course is conducted as preparation for the certification exam, so the course content corresponds to the requirements set by OMG for this exam. During the course, you will master key disciplines of process management and their interconnections. You will become familiar with proven best practice methods, techniques, and BPM processes, from analysis to fully automated processes. You will learn the most commonly used methods for process modeling, with an emphasis on a correct understanding and practical use of the BPMN™ 2.0 notation. You will also learn from real-world experiences in process management and process automation, as well as the latest trends in this field.
